The environment is important to us This is why we participate inStay for the Planet, a data hub that supports hospitality facilities in monitoring environmental performance and managing sustainability pathways through the structured collection of quantitative and qualitative data in the following areas: Energy, Water, Waste, Procurement, Behaviours, and People.

Thanks to constant monitoring of consumption, we aim to preserve resources; we rigorously carry out separate waste collection to which we ask you to contribute via the appropriate bins located in the common areas and we raise our guests’ awareness of food, energy and water waste.

Ecology is in the thought that precedes action

From foundations upgraded well beyond the limits imposed by earthquake regulations to walls insufflated with a ton of cork for acoustic and energy efficiency, from home automation to roofs that house 50 kWh of photovoltaic systems, from double-chambered window frames to water treatment plants, the Sabaudia Hotel & Spa has been reborn, moving from a “G” energy rating to “A4,” the highest level that can be awarded to an environmentally friendly building. In addition to this, an advanced use of water resources and a conscious choice even of the food and cosmetic products offered allows the Sabaudia Hotel to be an example of a sustainable production activity.

The structure’s proximity to nature and the Circeo Natural Park, far beyond being merely geographical, responds in every way to a statement of intent and finds precise anchorage in shared ethical values.
